David M. Sholl is an associate attorney with the law firm of Ferencik Libanoff Brandt Bustamante & Goldstein, P.A. where he practices construction law and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he served as a Judicial Clerk for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida and as a law clerk to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. At the firm, David represents contractors, subcontractors, and other members of the construction industry in a wide range of complex construction matters
