Libanoff is a shareholder with the law firm of Ferencik Libanoff Brandt Bustamante & Goldstein, P.A. where he practices construction law and commercial litigation.   Ira represents contractors, subcontractors, public and private owners, and other members of the construction industry in a wide variety of matters and has extensive experience with construction scheduling claims, extra work claims, construction defect claims, construction liens and payment issues, bid disputes, and professional and business licensing matters.
