Laura Baker is a Board Certified Construction Lawyer, who has practiced construction law in the State of Florida for over a decade. She represents developers, property owners, contractors, design professionals and sureties in construction disputes. Additionally, she works with clients on contract drafting and review, and pre-litigation counseling.
Prior to becoming a construction lawyer in the State of Florida, Attorney Baker represented clients in commercial and contract disputes in the State and Federal Courts of Ohio.
While in law school, Attorney Baker worked as a Law Clerk in the New Business Legal Clinic, which provided legal counsel to minority start-up businesses. Attorney Baker also completed courses in comparative law at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary.
