Nestor Bustamante, III is a partner with the law firm of Ferencik Libanoff Brandt Bustamante & Goldstein, P.A. where he practices construction law and commercial litigation.  Prior to joining the firm in 1989, he served as an Assistant State Attorney (Division Chief and Special Gang Prosecutions).  Nestor represents members of the construction industry in a wide variety of matters and has extensive experience with construction litigation and arbitrations, contracts, licensing, suretyship, building permits and codes, bid protests, and construction liens.
