Robert E. Ferencik, Jr. is a shareholder with the law firm of Ferencik Libanoff Brandt Bustamante & Goldstein, P.A. where he practices construction law and commercial litigation.  Prior to joining the firm in 1985, he served as a United States Air Force Judge Advocate.  Robert represents members of the construction industry in a wide variety of matters and has extensive experience handling construction claims, bid protests, construction products liability litigation, and professional liability claims.
