(Peter) Brandt, Jr., a shareholder with our firm, is a Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator and exclusively mediates construction-related disputes.

Our firm has also successfully represented construction industry clients electing to resolve disputes through Florida’s voluntary trial resolution process.  This alternative to the traditional court system offers speed and flexible scheduling, and allows our clients to work with the opposing party to select a judge with specific expertise in construction law matters to preside over their case.
